We at Christian Faith Publishing love hearing what our authors think about us, good or bad. The good allows us to verify that we are living up to or surpassing authors expectations and any bad allows us to identify areas to strengthen. Since we work one on one with our authors through the publishing experience it allows us to form personal relationships with CFP authors and correct any mistakes on the spot. Christian Faith Publishing began surveying our authors once they were done with the production process (editing and design). Out of those surveyed CFP's editing department received 4.7 stars out of 5 and our design department received 4.9 stars out of 5. Considering all of the challenges in publishing we are very proud of the positive feedback we receive regarding the quality and service we provide.
