At some point growing up we have all heard the famous phrase "don't judge a book by its cover". In life I would like to say that is absolutely correct 100% of the time, but in the literary world, a books cover is the first impression a potential reader will receive.  A books cover usually has about 15 seconds to make a favorable impression, therefor when an author is in the process of publishing their manuscript it is a MUST that their publisher provides a team of professional cover designers in order to create the greatest impact visually within that first 15 seconds.
